At Onestop, we aim to make shopping for your home simple, right through to doorstep delivery.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India, subject to courier availability.

Shipping Charges

• ₹60 delivery fee on orders below ₹500.
• Free delivery on orders above ₹501.
• Additional delivery charges may apply to certain heavy products and will be displayed at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery

For other locations, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes an additional 5–10 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Timelines are estimates. Festivals, public holidays, weather or transport disruptions may cause delays.

Tracking & Delivery Assistance

Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched. Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and active contact number.

For address changes, delayed deliveries or damaged parcels, contact our support team promptly. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
