Returns & Refunds
We know that you would love our products. However, we also understand that online purchases are not always as per your expectations, or you simply changed your mind and you just don’t want it!
You can initiate a return/refund request with us within 7 days after the product has been delivered to you. We would entertain all your claims. However, we only accept returns, on our cost, if the product sold through our website is different from what you have received (“Significantly not as described”).
Kindly note that for returns initiated by customer's wish, reverse shipping and handling costs need to be borne by buyer. Following are the terms and conditions under which Onestop Retail Pvt. Ltd. would accept returns.

• Products should not be worn / used.
• Products damaged by customer won’t be eligible for returns.
• Product should be in re-saleable condition.
• Returns should be sent in a protective box to avoid damage to the product (s) during transit.
• Return shipment should contain the actual product along with any accessories, original price tags, labels and invoice.
• In case you receive wrong or damaged product (s)? We will refund to you the entire amount.
• Returns claim can be initiated within 7 days, after the product gets delivered.
• Returns claim should be raised via email with CLEAR product pictures to determine claim eligibility.
• Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, a confirmation email/ call/ text would be sent.
• Refund would be initiated within 2-3 days after a return claim has been confirmed and will reflect in your bank account as per our payment gateway's guidelines (ideally within 7-10 business days)
